Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the 7u771 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at 7u771.io.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you upon completing the 7u771 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in your 7u771 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or wagering bonuses credited to your account by 7u771 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process that 7u771 may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account compliance.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region from which access to or use of 7u771 is restricted under applicable law or 7u771 policy.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of 7u771 is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on 7u771. 7u771 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 7u771 or any of its Game Providers.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from 7u771 under these Terms or any prior version of these Terms.

7u771 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated during the underage period may be voided. Real-money deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees incurred by 7u771.

Account Registration

To access real-money services on 7u771, you must complete the account registration process. The following rules apply:

• Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity.

• By completing registration, you confirm that all details provided are true and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• 7u771 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in the account security settings.
• Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7u771 support immediately via Live Chat.
• 7u771 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 7u771 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
• 7u771 reserves the right to suspend an account and initiate a security review if unusual access patterns, suspicious login activity, or potential compromise is detected.

Deposits & Payment Methods

7u771 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Bangladeshi financial institutions

The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7u771 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT deposits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume (such as BPL match days or Eid holidays), processing may take up to 5 minutes.
• 7u771 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which 7u771 has no control.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered under a different name to your 7u771 account — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
• 7u771 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of any deposit before crediting the funds to a player's balance.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time and KYC verification.
• 7u771 charges no fees on withdrawals to any supported payment method, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bangladeshi bank accounts.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 7u771 account. 7u771 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 7u771 may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. 7u771 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending completion of this process.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to your account must be satisfied before real-money funds derived from Bonus activity may be withdrawn.
• 7u771 reserves the right to reverse a pending withdrawal and return the funds to your Balance in cases where a security concern, verification requirement, or breach of these Terms is identified.

Bonuses & Promotions

7u771 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season offers). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. 7u771 may restrict bonus availability based on account history, deposit method, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once across all accounts. Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be permanently banned.
• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), time limits, and maximum bet sizes per round while a bonus is active are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the promotion page.
• 7u771 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect Wagering Requirements already in progress unless the promotion was found to be subject to abuse.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

• All bets placed on 7u771 are final once confirmed. 7u771 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and 7u771 exercises its right to void the affected market.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective Game Providers. 7u771 does not alter, influence, or have access to the RNG processes of its Game Providers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, the outcome of the wager will be determined in accordance with the Game Provider's or sportsbook's standard disconnection policy. Where a game round is interrupted before completion, funds held in play will typically be returned to the player's balance, but this is subject to the specific Game Provider's technical recovery procedures.
• Sports betting markets are offered on events including but not limited to: BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, international cricket fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, Premier League and international football, kabaddi, hockey, and virtual sports. Market availability, odds, and in-play options are subject to change without notice.
• 7u771 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the relevant event was subject to match-fixing, result manipulation, or other integrity violations, in accordance with applicable sports integrity standards.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary between Game Providers and event types.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7u771 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance and winnings pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 7u771.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players in live games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using a payment method registered in another person's name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 7u771 as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7u771 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level blocks.

Responsible Gaming

7u771 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and obligations apply to all players:

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) directly from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may activate a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which access to real-money play is suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed early.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from 7u771 at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is applied across all platform services. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies.
• 7u771 will not send promotional communications to players who are under a time-out or self-exclusion.

Account Suspension & Closure

• 7u771 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if, in 7u771's reasonable judgement, a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to 7u771 or other players.
• In the event of account closure due to a breach, any Balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Bonus Funds will be forfeited immediately upon suspension.
• Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Live Chat support. Upon voluntary closure, the player's remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be paid out to their registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
• 7u771 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension or closure carried out in good faith under these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• 7u771 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
• 7u771 shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 7u771 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• 7u771's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money Balance at the time the incident occurred.
• 7u771 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party Game Provider software. Any technical malfunction originating within a Game Provider's system will be handled in accordance with that provider's published error and disconnection policies.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

• 7u771 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
• Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — 7u771 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered players or via an in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 7u771 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 7u771 recommends checking this page at the start of each month or following any notification of change.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7u771 is registered and operates.
• In the event of a dispute between you and 7u771, you should first contact 7u771's customer support team via Live Chat or by email at [email protected]. 7u771 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
• 7u771 will acknowledge dispute notifications within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving transaction records or game logs may require additional time.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through 7u771's internal process, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other formal remedy.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7u771 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
